Bryan Olson

Lead Singer, Percussion

Bryan was raised in the arms of southern gospel music and has been singing since his early childhood, where he honed his skills until joining his first rock band in 1976. Being a 3rd generation Olson Brother, he was influenced by his grandfather and great uncles—the original Olson Brothers quartet that formed in the late 1920’s. His father and uncles continued the tradition with another incarnation of the Olson Brothers quartet, a southern gospel quartet which toured internationally. Bryan himself sang with the Olson Quartet with his parents and brothers until his rock-n-roll soul took the helm in his music career. His other big influence came from the work he did with Paul Rodgers of Bad Company and Free as both production manager and tour manager and he had the opportunity to sing alongside Paul. Bryan brings to the stage the power and finesse of a gospel singer with the heart and soul of a true rocker.
